The DWP's annual Light Festival starts off with a bicycle-only preview night, Monday Nov 24, followed by a "vehicle-free" period Nov. 25-Dec. 7.
Starting December 8, everyone can enjoy the holiday lights spectacular. Parking is
available at the L.A. Zoo.
